We're a custom home builder, not a production builder — which means every home we build is shaped to fit the family who'll live in it. We design and build at four different starting points, and any of them lead to the same kind of home.

The Yorkshire and the Peyton have been built across the corridor — modified, refined, and built again. Start here, modify what you want, and we'll build it for you.

Start with an available design

Plans we've drawn and refined, ready to take into permitting. Designed for specific lots and programs, ready to build with modifications for yours.

Start with someone else's plan

Bring us a plan you've fallen in love with from a catalog, a magazine, Pinterest, or a friend's house. We work with multiple local designers and can build from almost any plan.

Start with a blank sheet

Bring us a vision and we'll work with our design partners to draw your home from zero. Custom-designed for narrow infill, sloped lakefront, rural acreage — whatever your lot requires.

A custom build takes 9–14 months from first call to keys. We tell you up front whether your timeline is realistic.

One year later, we come back

The build doesn't end at closing. We do a full warranty walk one year after move-in — after the house has been through every season. Things that weren't apparent at closing get fixed.
